Position Summary:
Reports to the Vice President, Human Resources or Director, Human Resources as assigned. Performs a wide variety of administrative functions that require extreme discretion and accuracy in compliance with company policies and management directives. This is an in-office position at our Headquarters in Centerville, UT.
Essential Functions:
Perform necessary administrative functions for the human resources (HR) department.
Provide coverage for front desk as scheduled and/or requested. Receive telephone calls and visitors in a professional manner.
Assist with the efficient processing and documentation of HR activities utilizing the Jira ticketing system.
Enter leave plan adjustments in Workforce Software (WFS) as requested by Managers and Generalists, HR.
Enter employment date adjustments and rehires in HCM as requested by Managers and Generalists, HR.
Provide ad hoc and regular reports as requested and approved by Director, Human Resources.
Update and maintain organization charts and position descriptions, as directed and in accordance with the applicable approved Staffing Approval Request.
Assist in preparation of documentation needed for contract proposals and RFPs.
Route various documents for signature using Adobe Sign.
Upload documents and maintain personnel files in SharePoint.
Maintain accountability of property; adhere to safety practices.

Ensure day-to-day activities promote sustainability and reduce the impact on the environment by minimizing waste and maximizing recycling; saving energy; and minimizing water usage.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma and two years’ experience in the area of office management or administrative assistance.
Should be proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Unless waived by management, valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record required.
