We are looking for a Supply Planning Coordinator to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Champaign, IL.

As a Supply Planning Coordinator, you will support soybean hedging, inventory control, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC). Your key responsibilities include assisting with soybean pricing activities, preparing for meetings and audits, and conducting inventory analysis and reporting. You will also handle master data tasks such as material extensions, BOMs, and quality inspection plans. Additionally, you will help the QMS Manager maintain a strong Quality Management System by developing documentation and collaborating with seed locations to improve quality requirements.

Tracking and placing hedge orders, recording activities, preparing reports, confirming transactions and invoices, developing tracking tools, and creating presentations for hedging.
Managing and coordinating soybean seed inventories, maintaining accurate records, collaborating on improvement initiatives, communicating discrepancies, and analyzing inventory control processes.
Creating and maintaining plant resources, BOMs, recipes, production versions, and quality inspection plans, resolving data issues, cleaning up end-of-season data, and participating in process improvement projects.
Supporting quality management activities, processes, systems, training, customer satisfaction, complaint management, and reviewing third-party lab invoices.
Assisting with inventory analysis, using SAP for supply management, creating reports and graphs, supporting soybean seed operations, and processing invoices.
If you...
Have a BA/BS degree in supply chain management or a related discipline.
Hold certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CSCP) as a preferred qualification.
Bring 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or a related field.
Have operations experience in supply chain activities and inventory management and control.
Show demonstrated experience in using analytical tools (MS Office including Excel) to solve work-related problems and identify best practices.
Have previous SAP experience, or other ERP experience, is a plus.
Exhibit an understanding and knowledge of the seed industry, or an industry that serves customers directly.
Ability to travel up to 10%, domestically and potentially internationally.
