Compensation and Schedule for the Medical Assistant – Back Office
Medical Assistant – Back Office – Full-time, onsite, $20-$23 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Join a communicative team in a great work environment!
Required Qualifications of the Medical Assistant – Back Office
3+ years of recent back-office medical assistant experience required
Primary care experience highly preferred
Medical Assistant diploma or certificate required
High school diploma or GED required
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant – Back Office
Front office duties:
Greet and complete patient check-in/check-out processes
Schedule appointments
Answer phones
Process referrals
Manage front desk
Back-office duties:
Room patients
Take vitals
Help with procedures
Perform in-office point-of-care testing
Support providers
