岗位概述
该岗位要求受聘人员作为项目负责人，管理医疗设备维保的全院托管或部分托管项目。在项目签订前配合销售进行服务交付能力评估、协助设备状态检查，在项目开始时设置合理客户预期，在项目执行期间协调GE内外部资源（包括驻场工程师、GE原厂工程师、各类备件和外采服务）以保证托管服务的交付质量和交付效率，同时作为服务交付主要接口人维护客户关系、上报客户问题，在项目执行末期配合销售续签托管合同。
岗位职责:
医疗设备全院托管或部分托管这两类维保合同的生命周期管理。确保托管项目执行的质量和效率。
在医院有较强购买倾向或托管已立项时，配合销售评估项目难度，配合产品部评估项目利润及报价范围，确定是否需要调动额外资源（例如招聘驻场工程师）执行项目。
在医院签署托管项目后，参考GE标准交付流程及项目特性，编制项目执行计划。计划应当包括人工服务交付计划、备件服务交付计划、保养、质控及巡检计划、客户交流、拜访和报告计划等。在内部审核计划后，确保合同开始前与客户确认执行计划以管理客户预期。
在项目执行期间，作为GE接口人，协调GE内部各项资源支持服务交付，确保合同条款履行到位。管理项目预算、利润，在确保交付质量的情况下，尽可能提升交付效率。
在项目执行期间，处理、上报各类客户投诉，协调GE内部各项资源快速解决客户问题，以保证客户满意度。
在项目执行期间，根据合同条款，配合销售确保及时收款。
在项目执行的重要节点（如季度、年度），在财务、供应链、工程师团队的支持下，编制项目执行回顾。同时与GE管理层探讨项目执行优缺点，提出执行改进意见。
在项目执行末期，配合销售争取续签托管合同。
岗位要求:
全日制大专或以上学历
有上进心，有责任心，热爱医疗行业。
5年以上工作经验，3年以上医疗行业工作经验（条件优秀者可适当放宽）
优秀的项目管理能力、沟通能力和协调能力
能够接受经常出差（客户场地、GE办公室以及部分供应商场地）
