ASRC Federal is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Testing and Evaluation (T&E) team. Our program supports the Defense Health Agency's mission to deploy industry-leading solutions by providing a full range of business, operational, and technical work streams for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems and the associated Program Management Offices. Candidate must be able to commute to Chantilly, VA 1+ days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that important documents that require multiple contributors and reviewers are completed within their designated timelines. Work with senior government leaders who need to review and approve these documents by closely monitoring schedules, coordinating with team members across departments, and adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines. Track and manage documents using JIRA and Jazz.

  • Maintain and update activity trackers that provide data on project progress to stakeholders. Ensure these trackers are accurate and updated in real-time to reflect any changes or updates in project status.

  • Update reports that summarize project status, resource usage, and any issues or risks that have been identified. These reports will be used for internal review and decision-making, as well as for keeping clients and stakeholders informed of progress. Present these reports at recurring meetings.

  • Organize and manage meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and informed. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting outcomes.

  • Identify inefficiencies and find ways to improve processes

Requirements:

  • Proficient with MS products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint)

  • Knowledge of project management tools, such as Jira, Jazz

  • Ability to prioritize and communicate priorities proactively to leadership

  • Attention to detail; drive work independently; perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of tailoring messages in a clear, concise, unambiguous, engaging, and convincing manner

  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise, tact and to maintain confidentiality at all times and exhibit good judgement

  • Undergraduate degree in related field

  • 2+ years of project management, prefer Agile or Waterfall

  • Experience in DoD orMilitary Health Systemis preferred

  • Work in Chantilly, VA 1+ days per week

  • US Citizenship with an Active Secret is required
