Who You Are
Member of the project construction team who supports project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
This role is expected to be 100% onsite.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will:
Provides support to the Construction Program Manager (CPM), ensuring department and project budget, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved.
Compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials/supplies.
Provides high-level coordination support, liaison, and communication with internal/external stakeholders.
Provides support to the proposals team prior to, during, and following tenders, including organizing project documentation, providing vendor feedback, and supporting contract negotiations.
Supports the Construction Project Manager with the implementation of the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project (project initiation, project execution, construction, etc.).
Provides support to manage the project scope, ensuring adherence to the contractual baseline defined in the approved Statement of Work (SOW) and contract.
Notifies the CPM of any observed variations.
Monitors and reports status against key performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routine basis, ensuring the CPM is updated.
Ensures compliance with environmental health and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Top Secret w/ SCI and polygraph Clearance.
Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a project coordinator.
