Serve as the Senior Technical Lead and thought leader responsible for architecting, designing, and planning the delivery of secure and scalable cross-domain cloud solutions for the Federal government within the Enterprise IT and Service Management domains using both RMF and Scaled Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will have experience with cloud technologies from AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and ServiceNow. The successful candidate will also have experience with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture frameworks like CMMI, DoDAF, and FEA.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for synchronizing all technical aspects of the product/program and engaging with the customer, other technical leads, program management, and the development team.

  • Coordinate IT requirements and software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving requirements in a highly collaborative and interactive environment to support the program mission.

  • Utilize expertise in design technology to aid the team in translating customer requirements into technical solutions that meet the mission's needs.

  • Assess and screen proposed technical solutions to validate they meet the customer’s requirement and align to overall program goals/strategy before implementation.

  • Provide guidance and input to develop sound technical solutions.

  • Customer-focused to enhance the end-user experience and integrate support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to-end model.

  • Serve as IT Advocate to promote a consistent customer service experience that is focused on achieving mission imperatives.

  • Provide technical expertise in creating, updating, and maintaining a technology roadmap and validating program tracking to achieve long-term strategic goals.

  • Analyze, convey, and lead architectural progress toward goals and objectives detailed in the road map.

  • Continuously seek to improve the product through innovative methodologies and assessing emerging technologies that could be implemented.

  • Collaborate with customers to evaluate mission drivers, identify challenges, define mitigation strategies, assess applications, and develop transition plans.

  • Develop design concepts that are consistent with the Enterprise Architecture guidance and industry best practices to address new requirements, changes in the technical environment, and/or enhance performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience

  • Experience with IdAM and PKI infrastructures and solutions.

  • Experience with micro and web services, messaging systems, data management, and event-driven architectures.

  • Experience with cloud technologies from AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and ServiceNow.

  • Experience with DevSecOps, Cyber Security, and enterprise architecture frameworks like CMMI, DoDAF, and FEA.

  • Experience working with Agile Development Teams

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$102,900 - $216,200
