Bank of Commerce is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to process mortgage loans in the mortgage centralization center located in Erie, Kansas. This position is responsible for preparing all loan documents in compliance with State and Federal regulations and working with a team of eleven mortgage loan officers located at various branch locations in southeast Kansas.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the mortgage loan processor is to prepare all stages of the mortgage loan documents and communicate effectively with the mortgage loan officer team members to ensure timely and accurate disclosures and closings. Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be well organized. Handle customer communications and business correspondence via email and phone in a professional manner. Handle working efficiently in a time sensitive environment. Must stay knowledgeable with RESPA, TRID, state and local regulations and requirements.
