Job Title: Shipping Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shipping Associate to join our team. This hybrid role involves both shipping and assembly tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of forklift experience and decent mechanical knowledge. Responsibilities include operating a forklift, performing basic shipping duties, assembling circuit breakers and transformers, and loading them onto trucks.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This position is based in a large, clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Shifts include Daylight (6am-2:30pm), 2nd Shift (2:00pm-10:30pm), and 3rd Shift (10:30pm-6am). Overtime is mandatory on Saturdays, typically for a 5-hour day. A $2 shift differential applies for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Compensation: Daylight = $21/hour, 2nd Shift = $23/hour, 3rd Shift = $23/hour.
