About the Role The Delivery Director has overall accountability for all aspects of delivery operations for their aligned portfolio. They lead their team to provide high-quality customer interactions and operations results. They identify risks, coach/develop their managers and hold them accountable, identify process improvements, implement management routines, and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities *Providing expertise on delivery operations and guidance to team managers. *Setting the tone for colleague and team development with managers. Developing and growing team through personal connections. Acting as mentor and coach to all *Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality. *Overseeing delivery results for our health care navigation solution via Health Pros and concierge delivery functions *Ensuring execution of deliverables and understands what success looks like to all parties (customers, clients & colleagues). *Overseeing the integration of navigation solutions and technology. Additionally, accountable for identifying and managing risks to operations delivery and holding team accountable. *Tracking and managing to service level agreements and team goals. Participating in ad hoc initiatives. *Providing leadership support for complex customer and client situations *Identifying and developing process improvements *Deploying resource strategy to meet business deliverables *Working alongside Client Management, Health Clinical & Administrative Solutions, Customer Care Teams, Shared Services, Point Solutions. *Leading training courses for domain and operational fundamentals. Requirements *9+ years of experience in Health Care Industry. *Able to work effectively in a team environment. *Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills. *Desire to learn continually in a changing environment. *Possess exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills. *Prioritize work activities to meet deadlines. *Demonstrate people management competencies. *Possess proven operational management skillset.
