Oracle Oracle SaaS Services Program Manager in Charleston, West Virginia

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SaaS Services Content Development and Enablement Professional to join our Oracle Customer Success Service (CSS) Global Cloud Solutions and Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enabling content that supports the adoption and success of Oracle's Customer Success Services among Oracle customers. Your expertise in content development, coupled with your deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS offerings, will be crucial in driving customer engagement, service adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Messaging and Positioning: Craft and refine product messaging that highlights Oracle’s unique value proposition, resonating with diverse audiences in a rapidly evolving marketplace. Create and maintain an arsenal of collateral that clearly communicates our key messages across all channels, making sure our stories stand out and aligns with the goals and objectives of Oracle's Customer Success Service supporting the adoption and success of Oracle's services and Oracle’s customer success.

  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content, including customer success stories, sales guides, call guides, training materials, demo videos, and other content formats to facilitate Customer Success Services adoption and ongoing customer success.

  3. Run and Operate Services Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Oracle's services, features, and benefits to effectively communicate their value to field sales and Oracle customers and address their needs and challenges.

  4. Enablement Programs: Design and develop enablement programs and resources, including training materials, playbooks, and knowledge bases, to support Oracle's Customer Success teams in effectively guiding customers through the adoption and usage of Oracle's SaaS and Emerging Technology run and operate services.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build influential relationships across teams and areas of the business—sales, product management, engineering—and utilize these connections to align efforts and drive successful outcomes. Use your persuasive skills to motivate stakeholders to dedicate time and resources to working with us on programs and assets that propel our mission forward.

  6. Customer Advocacy: Uncover and share compelling customer success stories that illustrate the transformative power of our SaaS solutions, turning satisfied clients into passionate advocates. Collaborate with Oracle's Customer Success teams and gather customer insights, success stories, and feedback to create compelling content that highlights the value and impact of Oracle's services.

  7. Content Optimization: Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and ease of consumption, ensuring it aligns with Oracle's brand guidelines and tone of voice.

  8. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and presales, to gather information, validate content, and ensure alignment with messaging, business goals and customer needs.

  9. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and enablement programs using analytics tools and metrics, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing data-driven optimizations.

  10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends, customer challenges, and best practices in SaaS services to ensure the content remains relevant and valuable.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in content development, and field sales enablement, preferably with SaaS in the tech industry

  2. Exceptional storytelling and writing abilities, with a flair for creating engaging content across multiple formats.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to influence diverse audiences and foster collaboration.

  4. A resourceful and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment and ready to tackle new challenges as they arise.

  5. Creativity and resourcefulness; despite being a big company, our team is small (but mighty!) and we often need to be scrappy in our approach to getting things done

  6. Excellent Writing and Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts.

  7. Proven skills in conveying complex content into strong messaging through power point.

  8. SaaS Services Knowledge: Deep understanding of Oracle's SaaS services, including knowledge of Oracle Cloud offerings, functionality, and integration capabilities.

  9. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate and manage relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.

  10. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate content effectiveness and drive improvements.

  11. Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for customer success and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to empathize with customer needs and challenges.

  12. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

  13. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Saas Services Products is highly preferred.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
