The AI Technology Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing planning, execution and successful completion of multiple artificial intelligence technology projects simultaneously from ideation to completion.

The successful candidate will have a blend of project management expertise and a good understanding of AI technologies, excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technology projects.

The AI Technology Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional technology teams such as the business, engineering, infrastructure, information security, architecture and data engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope

• Develop and manage project schedule and budget

• Perform resource management, perform ongoing capacity planning and forecasting

• Organize and lead project status and working meetings, capture meeting minutes and follow up on action items

• Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set realistic goals, objectives and action plans; able to articulate decision making process to leadership and business partners

• Keep leadership informed of key risks and issues that may impact project completion

• Promote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices of Project Management methodologies

• Identifies opportunity to improve and promote quality; demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness

• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters in Project Management, Computer Science, AI, Engineering or related field

• 6-8+ minimum years’ experience managing SaaS and custom build AI/Gen AI or technology related projects

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile/Scrum or AI related certifications

• Understanding of GDPR, AI Act and responsible AI frameworks

• Experience managing AI Technology related projects including but not limited to: watson.ai, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, Natural Language processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic applications.

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams and helping to drive them to complete complex technology related projects

• Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project or similar Project Management Tools (i.e. KeyedIn, SmartSheet).

• Ability to balances team and individual responsibilities; open to other’s views; give and welcome feedback

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop creative or alternative solutions; demonstrating attention to detail

• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams and helping to drive them to complete complex technology related projects

• Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project or similar Project Management Tools (i.e. KeyedIn, SmartSheet).

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
