Job Title: Case Pick Operator
Job Description
The Case Pick Operator will work in the warehouse on their feet, using an RF gun to locate and pick products to a pallet or an overpack case. Tasks include moving inventory from drop zones using a walkie-rider or pallet jack, de-staging product into Pick Mod, and performing various warehouse/pick activities utilizing the WMS through either radio frequency (RF) equipment, pick to light technologies, or computer-based workstations. The role may involve working in different departments such as Receiving, Case Pick Modules, Shipping, Returns, DEA, Freezer, and Refrigerated space.
Responsibilities
Work in the warehouse on feet, using an RF gun to locate and pick product to a pallet or overpack case.
Move inventory from drop zones using a walkie-rider or pallet jack and de-stage products into Pick Mod.
Perform various warehouse/pick activities using WMS through RF equipment, pick to light technologies, or computer-based workstations.
Work in various departments, including Receiving, Case Pick Modules, Shipping, Returns, DEA, Freezer, and Refrigerated space.
Pick case quantities and build pallets for extended periods.
Retrieve replenishments in the Refrigerator and Freezer, and deliver to pick modules using a pallet jack.
Operate a powered stretch-wrap machine.
Build pallets and break pallets down as needed.
Verify inventory levels in locations by performing cycle counts.
Perform assorted WMS tasks such as receiving incoming materials, counting, sorting, verifying item numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, data entry, and other visual verifications.
Use a pallet jack and potentially be trained to use a walkie-rider.
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by management.

Essential Skills
1+ years of picking experience
Knowledge of RF scanner and how they operate
Basic math/counting skills
Basic computer/calculator skills
Experience with inventory management
Forklift operation skills

Work Environment
The work environment is very clean and not very loud. It is climate-controlled at 71 degrees year-round. The job includes breaks of 2 x 15 minutes and 1 x 30-minute lunch. The pay period is from Sunday to Saturday, and overtime on weekends is voluntary. Some jobs will involve working in cold containers (refrigerator), but not constantly. Employees can wear a jacket as long as it does not have a hood and is not oversized.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.50/hr.
