Wells Fargo Business Execution Administrator - Repository in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator to join Unclaimed Property's Safe Deposit Box Repository team. This team is responsible for receiving safe deposit box contents, tracking and storing the contents, fulfilling reclaim requests, and escheating to states and territories via auction or remittance of contents. Repository employees primarily operate in dual control as this is a secured environment. The team is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Unclaimed Property Business Group is responsible for leading and managing all unclaimed property and escheatment activities across all lines of business for Wells Fargo. Established April 2018, Wells Fargo’s Unclaimed Property organization pro-actively works to successfully reunite owners with their property. Unclaimed Property is dedicated to the following strategic goals and initiatives: achieving operational excellence, reducing risk, improving regulatory compliance, improving the customer/client experience, and reducing dormancy across the company.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Unclaimed Property Operations-Safe Deposit Box Repository team

  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business

  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature

  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation

  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners

  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies

  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives

  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business

  • Process unclaimed safe deposit box content and prepare for jurisdictional reporting for escheatment and process customer reclaims of content.

  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Unclaimed Property experience is a plus with ability to operate multiple systems applications and systems simultaneously

  • Branch banking background and tools, such as Hogan, DIPR, OIB, SVP

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Detail-oriented; able to perform research, assess data

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulatory environment

Job Expectations:

  • Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4 PM ET

  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
