Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Pay Rate: $48.94 to $77.22 per hour

About the Role:

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role in managing supplier contracts within the aerospace industry. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Supply Chain Contracts , you will oversee a complex portfolio of supplier agreements , ensuring compliance with company policies and achieving business-favorable terms.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong contract negotiation, risk assessment, and legal expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily guidance and contract management for assigned projects.

• Draft, generate, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex supplier contracts .

• Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with business objectives and legal guidelines .

• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers while mitigating risk.

• Assess contractual terms for acceptability and proactively identify risks .

• Collaborate with legal and subject matter experts to resolve contract-related issues.

• Present contract status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.

• Identify process improvements and streamline contract management workflows .

• Maintain historical legal records and track key functional metrics.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience OR

? Advanced degree with 7–10 years of experience OR

? 13 years of experience in the absence of a degree.

? This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Juris Doctorate (JD) or an Advanced Degree in Business Administration .

? Strong background in aerospace supply chain contracts .

? Experience with risk analysis and compliance management .

Pay Details: $48.94 to $77.22 per hour
