Insight Global Contracts Coordinator in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to support one of the nation's largest residential home builders. The candidate will work with the land entitlements and land development teams to assist with completing and managing all vendor contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract coordination, accounting, and budgeting.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Perform monthly reconciliation of land development budgets within the accounting system.

  • Oversee land development budget support, including updating schedules and contracts.

  • Coordinate and report on action items from each monthly Land Development Agreement (LDA) review, ensuring a quarterly audit of all Georgia community land development records.

  • Manage monthly lot cost tracking.

  • Create and reconcile community lot records in both accounting and sales systems.

  • Handle the setup process for new land vendors.

  • Monitor the insurance status of land vendors.

  • Oversee the vendor contracting and invoicing processes.

  • Prepare the monthly land accrual balance based on the current month's land invoices.

  • Maintain records retention for all land-related documents.

  • data entry and management in Excel - strong organizational and communication skills null
