Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Jr. Accountant in the Real Estate industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Jr. Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and balancing sheets. Proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks effectively.

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.

• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for various accounting functions.

• Perform regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.

• Manage the balance sheet account for accurate financial reporting.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur tools to streamline accounting processes.

• Handle CL programming tasks as part of the accounting responsibility.

• Use NetSuite for managing financial transactions and reporting.

• Take charge of Sales Tax calculations and reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable

• Knowledge of Cl Programming is a plus

• Familiarity with Concur and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Demonstrated understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Balance Sheet Account

• Proficiency in NetSuite is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
