POSITION TITLE: Lead Executive Administrator to the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and President Honeywell Connected Enterprise

THE POSITION

The Lead Executive Administrator will provide administrative and organizational support to Honeywell’s Chief Technical Officer & President HCE (CTO) located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role you will operate in a fast-paced environment interacting daily with internal employees, external customers, suppliers and investors. This role will provide oversight of the Corporate Engineering and HCE Executive Administrative team, will plan travel, coordinate calendars, ensure complex meetings are planned effectively, and carry out other key administrative businesses processes. This role manages confidential and sensitive information and executes with a high sense of urgency.

CRITICAL RESPONSBILITIES

The Lead Executive Administrator to the office of the CTO will provide high-level daily administrative duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the calendar and operating system of the CTO and proactively prioritize and organize time using expert professionalism, sound judgement and extreme discretion.

  • Work closely and collegially with other C-Suite administrators, including the office of the Chairman, the office of the CEO, and overseeing the Administrative Team within Engineering and HCE.

  • Arranging intricate and detailed travel plans and forecasts for both domestic and global travel, including both commercial and private air travel.

  • Arrange onsite meetings for visitors and greet scheduled visitors (investors, prospective employees, customers, suppliers etc.).

  • Handling highly confidential and private information.

OTHER RESPONSBILITIES

  • Manage complex expense and purchasing reports, preparing other miscellaneous reports/logs, and handling general information requests.

  • Arranging conference calls and global meetings.

  • Paying bills and ordering supplies.

  • Performing office management functions including maintaining files, managing incoming and outgoing mail.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have extensive track record of providing administrative support at the C-Suite level. Key experiences and qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite Executives.

  • Demonstrated experience scheduling appointments, updating calendars and coordinating global travel

  • Experience in overseeing and developing others

  • Proficient computer skills including mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office 365)

  • The ability to present ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • A desire and comfort level in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and handling quickly changing schedules.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Pro-active planning and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated and displays initiative to solve problems and create improvements where needs exist

  • Detail orientation to ensure high quality work, thoroughness given sensitive nature of the work

  • High level of dependability and integrity in ensuring confidentiality is maintained

  • High energy level, work ethic, and passion to excel
