We are hiring for a Marketing Analytics Intern position to start in May.

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern to join our team this summer to support our growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our employer brand, work hands on in content creation, and increase engagement with our student candidates. In conjunction with the marketing aspects of this opportunity, this individual will assist in leading the talent analytics. The Intern will be responsible for supporting Compass Group Talent Acquisition and all its teams (including but not limited to) Early Talent, University Relations, Professional Hiring, our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team, and more!
Compass Group Intern Requirements:
Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit
Possess an interest in learning, observing, and practicing a variety of experiences in our industry
Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
Experience with content planning: strategy brainstorming, content creation and promotion across various social media channels.
Experience with graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator
Excellent writing and editing skills, creative mindset
Produce storytelling through data.
A understanding of data mining
Strong Excel and dashboarding experience
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Solid project management acumen
Attitude of a leader, takes initiative, problem solver
Day to day:
Assist with the design, creation, and execution of talent marketing campaigns.
Promote company brands on various social media channels and websites
Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, promotional content, and videos on social media
Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics and Twitter Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
Perform social media marketing research
Assist on influencer campaign strategy
Assist in creating a framework around a positive brand experience
Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
Help create and edit video content
Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
Ensure brand message is consistent
Collaborate with Talent Operations department and provide analytics to leadership.
