Job Title: Skid Steer Operator

Job Description

• Responsibilities will be to operate a bulldozer and an excavator to fine grade building pads.

• Operators need to be willing and able to do whatever it takes to get the job done, including getting out of the operator chair to do labor work when necessary.

• They will also help out on the road and curb crew as needed, which will include basic shovel work.

Please keep in mind laborers for this position as well. If candidates perform well in a labor role, they will eventually be taught how to operate equipment such as rollers, articulated dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, and backhoes once they become permanent. They will need to prove themselves in the labor field first for 6 months.
