About this role
This position is for a senior professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Manufacturing Engineering, who designs assembly line and sequence across multiple business units. Implements manufacturing processes across multiple cells, executes changes to improve products and reduce costs, and reviews manufacturability of existing and future products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new product from the manufacturing engineering perspective
Driving design for manufacture and field service throughout the development process
Developing cutting edge manufacturing processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
7+ years of experience in manufacturing
5+ years experience in engineering or design
3+ years experience with New Product Introduction (NPI)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s preferred
Demonstrated technical skills in manufacturing engineering
Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
Proactive and results-driven; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Design of experiments and data analysis technique knowledge
