About this role
The Supervisor - Material Execution oversees and coordinates the daily material movement activities in our Charlotte manufacturing plant. The Supervisor - Material Execution is responsible for ensuring efficient operations in warehousing, inventory control, distribution, and transportation of goods. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, with a focus on optimizing workflows, audits, managing teams, and ensuring safety compliance.
The Supervisor - Material Execution will supervise a team of 15 plus members who are supporting production needs from a material flow and movement perspective for Air-cooled Chiller production.
This is an onsite 1st shift (6 am to 4:30 pm) weekdays role with occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the team engaged in the “direct to plant” material movement from the offsite 3PL
Ensure efficient movement of product or material, i.e. receive, store, and ship
Receive accurate inventory per the material management procedure
Prepare or direct correspondence, reports, and operations material movement
Supervise the vendor return rack program
Cross-functional collaboration with production, purchasing, and 3PLs for smooth supply chain operations
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years experience leading a team within a warehouse environment
2+ years in receiving, logistics, scheduling, or warehouse operations
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
Understand basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution
Experience or knowledge in technical or operational practices
Leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with experience in process improvement
Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
English written and verbal command
Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Office
