Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. The role involves welding on pressure vessels using Mig, Tig, and Fluxcore techniques. Candidates must be proficient in ASME code, weld symbols, and blueprints. The position requires working 50 hours per week, especially during peak seasons in July and December.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work Environment

This is a metal fabrication environment. It is hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so candidates must be accustomed to these elements. The role may require crawling into pipes for welding tasks. The position includes night shifts after an initial training period of 6-8 weeks on day shifts. Night shift hours are 5:30pm-6am with a premium pay of +2/hr. The work schedule includes four 12-hour shifts and a 7-hour shift on Friday, with optional 12-hour shifts on Friday based on workload. Candidates must be open to working on Saturdays occasionally and have some flexibility for family schedules.
