Electro-mechanical Assembler & Weekly Pay!

Job Description

The individual will be utilizing screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, strippers, and drills to perform the assemblies. They will be reading off of SOPs and following work instructions for completion. Some of the parts can be small, so the candidate must have good hand dexterity. The candidate will align, calibrate, and execute different test methods of various complexities. Must follow operating procedures, maintain accurate records of what you are doing, and execute work orders for on-time completion. Must be able to follow GMP practices with a focus on quality and safety overall!

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, strippers, and drills.

• Read and follow SOPs and work instructions for assembly completion.

• Align, calibrate, and execute different test methods of various complexities.

• Execute work orders for timely completion.

• Adhere to GMP practices with a focus on quality and safety.

Essential Skills / Qualifications

• Hand tools or Power Tool experience

• 6 Months plus of Electronic assembly or Electrical assembly

• Ability to read and write in English for following instructions and documenting

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• High School Diploma or GED Completed

• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and filling Device History Record (DHR)

Work Environment

Regulated manufacturing environment. Clean, climate-controlled, and well-lit work areas. The position consists of 80% standing at a work station, 15% walking, and up to 5% sitting. Each individual will have their own work station with height-adjustable tables and anti-fatigue mats.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
