Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate who can pick and pack orders, label parts, and pack boxes. You will work in the receiving department and assist in all shipping and receiving areas. Candidates must be familiar with packing, labeling, and shipping.

• Maintained a clean and organized receiving area, enhancing workflow • Good skills of communication and productivity. • Issue resolution • Loaded and unloaded boxes and pallets using safe operating procedures and correct equipment. • Friendly • Unloaded pallets and deliveries and organized products in warehouse. • Easy going • Compared shipping orders and invoices against contents received to verify accuracy. • Always open to learn new skills • Reduced errors in received shipments by conducting thorough • Respectful inspections and ensuring accurate documentation. • Trained new employees on receiving procedures, improving overall team performance. • Expedited returns of damaged or incorrect items to suppliers, ensuring timely resolution of issues. • Utilized forklift or pallet truck to load, unload, transport and store goods. • Moved shipment materials to and from designated areas using lift and hand trucks. • Processed required paperwork to expedite handling of shipped and received goods. • Conducted research to address shipping errors and packaging mistakes. • Communicated with carrier representatives, arranging for special deliveries and shipment receipts. • Partnered with representatives from different carriers to arrange materials shipments.
