Description

We are in search of a meticulous Order Entry Specialist to assist with the entry of work orders into our new ERP system as part of a special project. This is pivotal to the system's ongoing implementation process at our large nationwide organization's corporate office. The candidate will deal with a considerable amount of intricate part numbers and SKUs, ensuring that these are entered and set up accurately in the new system.

Responsibilities:

Entering complex SKU numbers and work orders into new ERP system accurately and efficiently.

Ensuring all information and data is correct and up-to-date within the system.

Assisting with the ERP implementation process.

Mitigating any potential errors and rectifying any that occur.

Working closely with other teams to confirm orders and their details.

Participating in ERP system training and continual learning of the system.

Addressing any inconsistencies or queries related to SKU numbers and work orders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, specifically with order or data entry.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Previous experience with ERP systems is highly beneficial.

Strong computer skills, especially in data entry, database management, and MS Office.

Ability to handle and understand complex SKU numbers.

Good communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks.
