We are looking for an RF Engineering & Technology Manager to join our team in beautiful Chelmsford, MA!!
What You Will Be Doing
As an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the management and development of their team, support of department initiatives and directorate undertakings, and driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution.
For the management and development of their team, the E&T manager is responsible for providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in opportunity discussions.
To support functional initiatives and directorate undertakings, the E&T manager is responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency development.
To drive technical excellence, affordability, and program execution, the E&T manager is responsible for supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience for their program.

Basic Qualifications:
-Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology or Math) plus a minimum of 15+ years of related Engineering experience.
- Engineering management or Engineering team lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring.
-Experience in RF technologies.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams - Full Lifecycle Development Experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical systems/programs
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a government issued Security Clearance, therefore you must be a US Citizen.

- Proposal Development Experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) Development
- Process Improvement and Affordability experience
- Strong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
- Earned Value Management Experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
