Position Title: Director Training

Function: RPS

Location (India): Hyderabad, Chennai, NCR

Position Summary:

The incumbent will be part of Global RPS team across India and Philippines and will be responsible for managing the Training for Middle and backend businesses based in India and will collaborate and work closely with the US stakeholders. This role requires to manage the training deliverables (SLAs) and as per the client/business needs for all services lines within RCM (Middle and backend RCM Operations)

Key duties & Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall RCM Training function and ensure that the SLAs are met.

Align with the goals for the organization and plan and prepare capabilities whilst creating a scalable organization

Working closely with the stakeholders (both onshore leaders and India & Philippines Operations leaders), understanding the business needs, and providing strategic leadership to ensure that we meet the client/customer goals

Provide the required partnership and support to the Operations team to enable successful execution.

Will be responsible for driving initiatives to bring out efficiency in the process and be able to meet the customer/business requirements

Manage delivery of client’s expectations outlined in the scope of work for the span.

The span can vary depending upon process complexity, future growth and stage of business.

Client relationship management

Identify and lead projects of high impact within the business

Manage Day to Day functioning by applying appropriate contractual provisions (scope of work), following quality & compliance guidelines, and leveraging expert resources.

Ability to oversee and manage a team and service delivery for multiple clients/sites/facility.

Ensure achievement of SLA's across the business unit with no revenue shrinkage.

Drive on time results for India and Global stakeholders and customers that is defect free and in an operationally efficient manner.

Understand Corporate Compliance, Policies and Procedures and best practices.

Be the point of contact for all critical/strategic level inquiries for clients & onsite team in a clear, concise, and timely manner.

Must have Skills:

• Possess strong domain knowledge in the outpatient, inpatient and profee service lines covering all specialties

• Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in leading the quality & education function

• Demonstrated strong bias for action; ability to drive decision velocity; fill gaps and seek

additional resources internally or through partners to quickly knock down barriers and

execute.

• Superior relationship management skills: ability to influence and engage direct and indirect

reports and peers, as well as effectively operate within a matrix organization. Ability to communicate complex concepts in clear and concise language, adapting to a variety of audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leaders within the firm to develop and

execute plans.

• Ability to think creatively and to drive innovation and develop and lead innovative,

actionable, vision-driven initiative in collaborative environments to engage, inspire, and

influence our architects and engineers.

• Ability to mentor, coach and provide appropriate guidance/direction/feedback to others

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous experience training and mentoring coders and/or auditors

Min Experience Required: Overall, 15+ years of process training exp , preferably into Healthcare RCM or RCM or KPO/BPO

Certifications: Current RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H (COC), CPMA, or CIC certification
