C.H. Robinson Senior Data Analyst (BPO Operations) in Chennai, India

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BPO Coordinator) to join our Global Forwarding BPO team in Chennai, India . In this role, you will focus on maintaining operational data integrity, ensuring data quality, tracking KPI metrics, and improving process efficiencies. You may be tasked with responsibilities specific to a customer, vertical segment, or a centralized operations centre. The Senior BPO Coordinator will also assist with workflow management and task delegation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance

  • Analyse trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue & cost, process accuracy, process timeliness, process efficiency & Quality

  • Develop and maintain Quarterly and Monthly business metrics, reporting, & presentations

  • Partner directly with third party BPOs and Analytics / Automation team to collaborate as needed on metrics, goals, and business reviews.

  • Create ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

  • Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently.

  • Communicate ideas and viewpoints on various opportunities to the senior management / Leadership teams

  • Collating data from Third party BPOs and create monthly Pivots, Charts and Commentary to Leadership team.

  • Collating monthly Data from various Business line sources and update in Power BI dashboard.

  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned accordingly basis the Business requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree from an accredited college/ university

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing and analysis of large data

  • Proficient in working on Ms Excel, Power Point & Power BI

  • Proficient in working on creating dashboards / Balanced scorecards

  • Strong analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, Analytical Ability, Problem Solving skills, Commercial acumen

  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.

  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Relevant work experience in the Freight forwarding industry
