Description

The primary responsibility of this role in Prime Video is achieving individual goals along with mentoring team members, drive process improvement, stakeholder management, communication and leadership development, achieving team goals and objectives by providing guidance and expertise to the team.

Audit the team's tasks, report generation and maintenance, subject matter expert and support team members, etc.

The day to day job requires the individual to make judgment-based decisions by following a standard operating procedure. This will involve tasks such as:

1. Meet business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, production, and quality targets.

2. Maintain records of day- to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.

3. Mentor associates providing expertise and guidance

4. Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.

5. Manage stakeholder expectations, building strong relationships.

6. Ensure high quality work products, implementing quality control measures.

Basic Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 Years work experience
