Job Title: Field Service Supervisor
Job Description
As a Field Service Supervisor, you will schedule and visit sites regularly to assess work to be performed at the request of clients. Your role involves identifying new work opportunities, reviewing construction drawings, developing scopes of work, taking accurate field measurements, and creating sketches for project scopes. You will also be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules with clients, shop, and install crews, and participating in internal sales and scheduling meetings. Ensuring customer job site safety, acting as the point of contact for Field Superintendents and Install Crews, verifying proper job completion, developing detailed and accurate quotes, reviewing invoicing for final billing, and maintaining CRM programs are also key responsibilities. Occasionally, you will attend relationship-building and customer events.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).
Work Environment
1st Shift: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Shift hours may vary based on project requirements. Overtime is required based on client needs. Candidates must be open to overtime. Physical requirements include the ability to complete strenuous tasks, lift over 40lbs, climb tall ladders, and work in varied environments with potential exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and temperature extremes.
