Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide safe and effective clinical services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. This role includes both clinical and clerical responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient patient visit process.
Responsibilities
Check patients in
Provide safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the direction and continuous supervision of a licensed healthcare provider
Provide appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate the visit process
Maintain sterility and cleanliness of the environment
Maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments
Support and perform clerical functions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
Current Virginia state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Practical Nurse holding a Compact State license
Experience in the medical field, preferably in OB-GYN
Professional and friendly demeanor
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience, but candidates with just a certificate will also be considered
Work Environment
You will be working in a clinical office space directly with one primary doctor and may be asked to support others as needed. The patient population is all women. Our office has a family feel, with most staff having been with us for over 10 years. We offer flexibility, limited overtime, and a good work-life balance. Doctors are highly regarded and a pleasure to work with. We also get out early on Fridays.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
