Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide safe and effective clinical services under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider. This role includes both clinical and clerical responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient patient visit process.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in

• Provide safe and effective delivery of uncomplicated clinical services and tasks under the direction and continuous supervision of a licensed healthcare provider

• Provide appropriate clinical and non-clinical information to facilitate the visit process

• Maintain sterility and cleanliness of the environment

• Maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments

• Support and perform clerical functions as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills

• Current Virginia state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Practical Nurse holding a Compact State license

• Experience in the medical field, preferably in OB-GYN

• Professional and friendly demeanor

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience, but candidates with just a certificate will also be considered

Work Environment

You will be working in a clinical office space directly with one primary doctor and may be asked to support others as needed. The patient population is all women. Our office has a family feel, with most staff having been with us for over 10 years. We offer flexibility, limited overtime, and a good work-life balance. Doctors are highly regarded and a pleasure to work with. We also get out early on Fridays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00
