Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

We are hiring a mid-level Superintendent to join our team in Virginia Beach. The role involves managing restaurant builds, starting in Baton Rouge and Lafayette, Louisiana. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities follow the established plan and schedule, maintaining lead times for contractors and suppliers, and overseeing municipal inspections and material management. The role also includes contractor and community management, construction cost control, and quality management.

Hard Skills

• Commercial Superintendent experience (10+ years)

• Experience in commercial projects such as restaurants and small chain restaurant builds

• Ability to work independently

• Ground-up experience on projects $10M+

• Experience in hotel builds (a plus)

Soft Skills

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics and professionalism

• Effective communication skills

• Strong organizational skills
