HELP WANTED/Children's Program /Assistant Program Manager
Gallia-Meigs Community Action Agency is currently accepting resumes for a Full Time Assistant Program Manager for the Help Me Grow Program.
Responsibilities and job duties are as follows.
Provide referrals and service coordination for families
Facilitate the development of family outcomes.
Assure that transition planning and services are received by enrolled children
Facilitate and participate in play groups and family education experiences
Maintain records and files as required by supervisor
Initiate and maintain regular contact with families, primarily in their homes
Establish a trusting relationship with families
Facilitate and participate in the development of IFSPs thru home visits.
Assist parents in improving their parenting skills to provide an environment for the children's well-being and safety.
Assist in strengthening parent-child relationships.
Provide available family resources to match the needs of the families
Coordinate, facilitate, and monitor services within the required timeframes
Enter required information into Early Track within required timeframes
