Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant located in Chester, Virginia. This role involves managing office tasks, supporting key personnel, and providing excellent customer service within the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the VP of FPNA and Procurement VP, ensuring smooth operations.
• Handle travel arrangements and expenses, efficiently planning and booking trips.
• Manage office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace for everyone.
• Oversee the maintenance of the coffee machine, contributing to a pleasant working environment.
• Take charge of lunch orders, ensuring everyone's preferences are met.
• Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries effectively.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Correspond via email with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all communication is handled professionally.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to accomplish tasks and manage appointments effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, displaying excellent telephone etiquette
• Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Proven ability in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Skilled in handling email correspondence, with a focus on detail-oriented communication
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and proactive approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Outlook, including email and calendar management
• Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint to create, edit, and present slideshows
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents
