Seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician for a busy apartment community in Chesterfield.

Qualifications:

HVAC certified a plus

Apartment industry experience a plus

Electrical experience a plus

Full time position- Must be able to work on call (rotating shifts)

Job Type: Full-time working rotating shifts

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
