Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support an ITSM project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in documentation and be adept at refining business processes. This role also involves setting up a general knowledge base to support the ITSM initiative. The pay range for this role is $40-$47/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the ITSM project.

Analyze and refine business processes to ensure alignment with ITSM best practices.

Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of a general knowledge base to support ITSM processes.

Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of ITSM solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

Provide training and support to users on new processes and documentation.

Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a senior role.

Strong documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using documentation tools and software. Experience with ITSM projects and understanding of ITIL best practices. null
