Job Description

Temporary Program Support Specialist

Professional Development Office, Lynch School of Education and Human Development

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Program Support Specialist to assist with the daily operations of continuing education, professional development, and related programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing program logistics, tracking enrollment trends, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Graduate assistant support will be available to assist with tasks throughout the duration of the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor program operations, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.

  • Track and analyze enrollment data, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, material preparation, and event coordination.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and clear communication.

Pay range: $30 to $35 an hour

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in program administration, with a focus on supporting and enhancing existing processes.

  • Experience with tracking enrollment trends

  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily logistics and administrative tasks

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with partners and stakeholders

  • Above-average proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) for managing data and operations

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
