Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance and Housekeeping Support

Schedule: 3 Days a Week, 4 PM - Midnight

Pay: $20/hour

Position Overview:

Adecco is helping a local client seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join their team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing general maintenance support for our facility, with additional responsibilities in housekeeping as needed. Candidates with some HVAC experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety and upkeep of the facility

  • Troubleshoot and address basic maintenance issues

  • Provide support with HVAC systems as needed, including basic diagnostics and repairs

  • Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment

  • Respond to maintenance and cleaning requests promptly and efficiently during scheduled hours

  • Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any major repairs needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or similar roles

  • Basic HVAC knowledge or experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently during evening hours

  • Good physical stamina to handle maintenance and cleaning tasks

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
