Primary Purpose
Partner with Warehouse Supervisor in leading the day to day activities at the main warehouse and other remote locations where Supply has employees or maintains material. Monitor and lead the Supervision of bargaining unit employees. Review and assign daily work plans and make adjustments where necessary. Interface with various organizations within Exelon to ensure timely completion of work. Interact with Supply leadership and the Warehouse Supervisor on all warehouse related activities.
Primary Duties
Partner Area Supervisor with monitoring bargaining unit employees productivity to maximize performance. Assign work as directed, maintain effective communication with bargaining unit employees, enhance job skills and motivate employees to ensure employee satisfaction (30%)
Performs acceptance testing on all repaired electrical equipment prior to equipment leaving System Shops and being returned to inventory and evaluates the disposition of failed and /or retired equipment returned to Tech Center from the field construction department and regional warehouses. (25%)
Collaborate with the Area Supervisor in directing bargaining unit employees in day-to-day work activities. Coordinate and evaluate scheduling of work activities. Schedule overtime when required. (20%)
Interface with other business units to ensure completion of work and to address concerns timely. (20%)
Partner with Area Supervisor in establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe work environment within the department. (5%)
Reviewing and monitoring of reports as required (i.e., daily time sheets, budgets, etc.)
Job Scope
Direct day-to-day supervisory responsibilities over bargaining unit or non-exempt line employees.
Promotes customer and employee satisfaction
Decision-making authority is related to completion of departmental scheduled workload
Work is subject to frequent/daily review.
Impact to budget is limited and is reflective of workgroups contribution to daily workflow.
Interact with the lead Supervisor and assist in the overall success of Supply operations.
Establish, promote and maintain a safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
2 - 4 years internal utility company experience (e.g., ComEd, PECO), or equivalent external experience
2 or more years Supply internal experience (e.g., ComEd, PECO, BSC, ExGen), or receive acceptable rating on Supervisory Assessment
Supervisory Experience preferred.
Demonstrated computer literacy
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
General knowledge of collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and related procedures, policies and processes
General understanding of applicable systems and technology (e.g., Passport, AWI electronic hand-held equipment, etc.)

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $76,800.00/Yr. - USD $115,200.00/Yr.
