SUMMARY OF POSITION

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the corporate-wide ERP system (Syteline v9). Provide technical support, resolve issues, and lead software improvements. Preferred candidate will have experience with Cloud Suite Industrial (CSI), Syteline, or other Infor/ERP products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and document organizational processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain process maps and documentation for reference and training.
  • Assist with ERP implementation at additional sites as needed.
  • Produce documentation, charts, SOPs, and other visual aids for training and transitions.

{=html} <!-- --> - Respond to help desk inquiries related to Syteline and troubleshoot issues. - Manage user permissions and form access within the ERP system.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED

The qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills required and/or preferred for this position are listed below. This list is not all inclusive and may be amended by Northstar, from time to time.

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent.
  • Experience in supporting an ERP system, preferably Syteline or other Infor products.
