Accenture Capability Learning Strategist Lead (BizApps) in Chicago, Illinois

The Capability Learning Strategist Lead is accountable for the learning strategy and execution for a capability. We partner with the Learning Advisors and business sponsors to create and enable the capability’s build strategy, and to achieve the desired metrics. We lead the capability team and create the capability roadmap and plan. We succeed in this role by knowing our people, domain, and business sponsors. In this role, you will be supporting Avanade’s capability needs. Avanade is a Microsoft and Avanade joint venture focusing exclusively on Microsoft products and services.This role will support the learning development and implementation of our Business Applications (BizApps) curriculum (CRM, ERP, Power Platform).   • Create the approach (e.g., build and buy) for a particular capability across all services and markets

  • Lead the BizApps capability team and are accountable for their capability team onboarding, management, engagement, and quality of service delivery

  • Drive the capability learning strategy for Dynamics 365 applications (ex. Field Service, D365 Marketing, Customer Insights, Retail, Commerce, etc.)

  • Support key business goals using a data-driven approach focused on achieving the desired performance metrics

  • Partner closely with the Advisors to ensure the capability strategy and products meet the needs of the Services and Markets / Market Units

  • Responsible for the annual and quarterly budget and financials, ensuring the learning investment is on target and being used responsibly

  • Manage the capability’s roadmap and content catalog

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of learning advisory experience (requirement gathering and solutioning)

  • Minimum of 7 years of client relationship management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of Technology domain learning experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of Microsoft product knowledge, preferably in the Business Applications space (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, ERP, CRM)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform

  • Microsoft domain experience (varies)

  • Learning strategy experience

  • Innovative learning solutions experience

  • Problem-solving experience 

  • Influencing others

  • Financial planning and budgeting experience

Professional Skill Requirements:

  • Practical understanding of types of learning solutions and architectures available and when they are best used

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft business, products and services

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 work products

  • Strong program and project management skills with a proven record in execution

  • Relentlessly drive progress on several initiatives at the same time: influence people to get things done

  • Business acumen and appreciation of strategic intent

  • Collaborative work style; willing to coach and to be coached by others

  • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities

  • Ability to network and build positive relationships with others, including SMEs and sponsors

  • Continually focus on value-added activities and continuous improvement

  • Well-developed Communication and critical thinking skills; ability to coach others

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
