Position Summary: The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the company by handling various clerical and organizational tasks.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to legal team handling landlord-tenant matters, lease agreements, building code violations, and compliance
Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, including notices, contracts, and correspondence
Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate with capex team lead, area/property managers, attorneys, and government officials
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
Qualifications:
Prior experience in legal administration, property management, or a related field is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

SALARY RANGE: $45,000-$55,000 per year.
