Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Description
As an Operations Analyst, you will be the face of the company, working with our Strategy & Operations team to improve Customer and Merchant experiences on-ground.
You will:
Spend two weeks at one of our partner restaurants observing restaurant operations and studying the on-site utilization (and associated challenges) of our new Smart Scale product
Share insights from your work to improve restaurant operations and reduce the incidence of packing/bagging errors
Record restaurant stakeholders’ feedback to help improve our merchant experience
Have an opportunity to work closely with our S&O and Product teams as we solve some of our biggest merchant pain-points!
Responsibilities
Implement programs and best practices to provide an outstanding operation
Use data to run tests on the Scale
Train and audit our merchants to ensure we are delivering a quality product
Embrace the challenge of having multiple paths forward and no right answer
Explore growth opportunities alongside our partners in the Operations teams
Support strategic projects and harness opportunities crucial to the growth of our licensing initiative
Qualifications
You have 1+ years of experience in restaurant, receptionist, customer service or related roles (New graduates encouraged to apply!)]
You are a “people person” and have worked in retail sales, hospitality, or food services industries
You excel in externally facing roles. You are outgoing, diplomatic, self-motivated and won’t take no for an answer
You have a knack for building excitement and generating awareness
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.

Monday - Friday 2pm – 10:00pm CST
