Our client, a leader in the Mobility & Convenience industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Change & Project Management department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois (Hybrid) | 3 days in office & 2 days remote

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals.

• Gather process and technical requirements for complex transformation initiatives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Track project performance against established metrics and provide regular updates.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business analysis.

• Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building.

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of fuels marketing, sales operations, and/or retail convenience is a plus.
