Description

We are in search of 2 Property Administrators to join our team in Chicago, Illinois at two separate locations. The first location is in the Goose Island area of Chicago (hours 10am to 4pm) and the other location is slightly north of North Lawndale area of Chicago (hours are 9am-3pm).

Your role will be centered around property management with a focus on leasing and property tours. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and walkthroughs for potential clients

• Facilitate leasing processes and agreements

• Utilize CRM and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for managing property data and client information

• Oversee the use of Accounting Software Systems for financial tracking and management

• Handle billing functions and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Administer budget processes and ensure financial accuracy

• Leverage ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services

• Serve as a Leasing Consultant, providing expert advice and support to clients

• Perform general property management duties

• Oversee the use of the Management System for efficient property operations.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for efficient financial management.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required to handle financial transactions effectively.

• A solid understanding of CRM is necessary for optimal customer relationship management.

• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is crucial for seamless business operations.

• Knowledge of Management Systems is important for effective coordination of business operations.

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions is needed for the proper management of financial records.

• Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) is vital for ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

• Mastery of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential for managing incoming payments and maintaining positive cash flow.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary for accurate invoicing and payment collection.

• Understanding of Budget Processes is key for effective financial planning and control.

• Experience as a Leasing Consultant is a plus for facilitating efficient leasing operations.
