Position Purpose
As a Warehouse Lead in this challenging and exciting position, you will be hands-on assisting with daily functions in all areas of the warehouse. While working with team members ensuring work standards are met and procedures followed, you will set the tone with an incredible work ethic and positive attitude. You are a great communicator and have very good computer skills. Develop, coach and train team members to achieve desired results while creating an environment where everyone can succeed and improve overall customer experience. You will work closely with your supervisor providing daily direction and making necessary staffing moves to complete workloads, tasks and improve efficiencies.
**Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities**Lead associates on tasks including picking, packing orders, dock functions receiving, put away, BOL creation and forklift operations.
Additional warehousing functions as required with an emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Teach, Train, Develop, Recognize and Reward Associates
Meet productivity and accuracy goals, assisting others to achieve desired results
Communicate and provide status updates throughout the day with Direct Report Manager and Supervisor
Review and complete necessary daily reporting ensuring SLA are met
Follow-up with internal departments providing status updates
Partner with Manufacturing Operations to ensure all materials for PC and Thermal are picked timely and finished orders are shipped as required by date
Work with other departments to help achieve corporate goals & promote company policy
Assist with development of SOP’s and implementation
Participate in performance discussions
Participate in employee evaluations
Proven track record for gaining results and giving recognition
Complete required quality inspections
Assist with development of SOP’s and implementation
Safely operate forklift or other machinery as necessary to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods.
Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.). Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Training/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum 2 years Leadership Experience Required
Material picking & packing experience preferred
Inventory experience preferred
Technology

ERP System knowledge- Review and Research work associated with assignments
