GDIT is seeking an Operations Manager to help support the SACSS program in Chula Vista , California.

This is an onsite position, and no relocation assistance is provided.

Job Description:

• Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities.

• Responsible for managing the activities of the assigned business unit.

• Aligns teams, set goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes for the specific business units.

• Analyzes and provides guidance on the current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectively.

• Analyzes budgets for equipment needs of the business.

• Create business strategies to achieve business targets.

• Keeps current with business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time.

Requirements:

• US Citizen

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in management

• Waterfront experience

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
