Job Description

Job Purpose

Digital Agenda:

1) Developing E2E Digital Roadmap for SEA BU MSC by leveraging a strong understanding of both technology landscape as well as business needs to identify value-based solutions effectively and proactively.

2) Lead the data strategy by developing a clear understanding of data sources, ingestion processes and visualizations to enable E2E real time visibility and effective decision making.

3) Track benefits capture and realization from digital initiatives and ensure prioritization of most impactful projects and capabilities Own and run digital governance to enable effective decision making, improving speed of execution, and leveraging regional stakeholders in relevant forums.

4) Build a digital organization and lead the digital project delivery (across all MSC functions), via alignment and partnering with both internal & external stakeholders/clients/vendors.

5) Lead capability building of the organization and employee terms of operational excellence, supply agility resilience and sustaining digitization advantage. 6) Develop thought leadership on digital capabilities for supply chain of the future.

SSAL Agenda:

1) Responsible for Layer 0 to Layer 3 and accountable for the Layer 0 to Layer 2 based Automation systems in terms of maintaining a constant high level of security against cyber security threads. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. This includes regular and long-term activities to migrate systems into a target setup.

2) Actively support NIST driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployments within a plant.

3) Provide support by playing a focused role in all industrial automation & control needs of the plant to eventually deliver best-in-class systems in terms of line synchronization, optimal clasp between various logic systems provided by different vendors, PLC programming, HMIs, SQLs, VF & Servo drives, networking systems with remote access, process innovation and improvement, energy monitoring, eliminating / minimizing losses arising from non-sync automation, maintaining quality of logic always at its best catering the entire needs of the plant ensuring zero unplanned downtime by design, installation, updating the overall line automation documentation and in co-ordination with activities of other departments and suppliers local and abroad in order to provide Mondelēz competitive advantage.

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities

Digital Agenda:

1) Develop and own MSC digitization strategy, roadmap, AC plan and capability needs with clear business linkage and view on technology roadmap and data architecture required to support.

2) Drive digital projects executions to successful outcomes and track benefits realization and performance evaluation vs AC/SP targets. Explore new digital solutions as pilot and contribute to Mondelēz application catalog and scale applications.

3) Lead digital governance at required levels to facilitate idea generation, approvals and scaling. Develop business case with sound ROI rationale ensuring existing effective use of existing assets and integration to MDLZ systems.

4) Continuously evaluate organizational needs and design to build digital muscle and identify opportunity areas, barriers and facilitating elements. Partner with BU/Regional stakeholders to bring best practices and technologies to build a strong MSC digital foundation and scale up digital applications and innovative solutions.

5) Accelerate MSC digital acumen by heading overall digital organization and build talent capability – functional skills as well as new technology applications. Partner with People Team to develop holistic capabilities with function mastery, strategic leadership, and digital skills.

6) Drive agile culture and promote new technology enabled operation excellence, cost efficiency, as well as data-driven decision-making.

SSAL Agenda:

1) Ensure alignment between local business recovery plan and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding plant network.

2) Responsible for facilitating and tracking the plant automation capital spend for all production related systems throughout the lifecycle.

3) Owns the plant OT automation roadmap considering installed base and new installations, applying state of the art standards.

4) Responsible for day-to-day maintenance covering all plant automation systems (System process control, utilities and packaging machines, PLCs, Motion Systems, HMIs, SCADA, Batch management systems, Network, Thin Manager).

5) Manages 3rd Party OT Providers relevant for plant operations.

6) Coordinates and ensures business continuation (production) during routine maintenance, upgrades, extensions on a plant level.

7) Oversight ensuring any plant internal, or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards.

8) Escalation of issues to Cluster SSAL for routine work issues and corporate standards evolvement.

9) Responsible to consolidate all plant related plans and investments into a cluster plan and optimizes it.

10) Responsible to report status, issues and plans to the plant Management team and integrates plant business needs into technology roadmap.

11) Provide direction and assist as needed in line automation needs including PLC programming, HMI integration, process innovation and improvement, VFD & Servo drives set up, SQLs, line synchronization, communication protocols between line components, remote access, designing of electronic & electrical installations and control systems.

12) Ensure timely update and completion of all automation documentation needed for the plant.

13) Complete Risk Assessment of the complete automation grid & power back-up of the plant.

14) Carry out all accountabilities within the operating and process frameworks that apply to all companies in the Mondelēz family.

15) Manage exceptions (log, provide reasons and seek for approval) for MINT standards that are not possible to meet.
