Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send invoices to ensure accurate and timely billing.

  • Process and apply payments to customer accounts, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactions.

  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with clients on overdue payments.

  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, chargebacks, and disputes.

  • Reconcile the accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger on a regular basis.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve AR-related inquiries.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes related to accounts receivable.

  • Prepare reports and provide insights to support cash flow forecasting.

    Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (relevant experience will also be considered).

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles (e.g., credit and collections).

  • Proficiency with accounting software such as SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with GAAP standards related to accounts receivable processes.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve client billing issues efficiently.
